ILA Việt Nam's Young Creator Contest: Spooky Stars – Halloween Edition is an online English content-creation contest for children aged 6–14 living in Vietnam (individual entries). It takes place online, with no venue. How it works: - Part 1 – Costume: the child dresses up as a favourite Halloween character (from films, stories, cartoons, games or history). - Part 2 – Presentation: a 1–3 minute video, 100% in English, introducing the character, explaining why they love it, and sharing a positive message. - A parent or guardian films/edits the video and submits it with the entry details through ILA's official form. - Video requirements: vertical 9:16, minimum Full HD, clear audio, one child per video, one video per child. Key dates (2026): - Entries: 13 Oct – 31 Oct - Valid entries are posted on the ILA Việt Nam fanpage for public voting (reactions + shares). Interaction counts are frozen at 23:59 on 1 Nov; voting closes at 23:59 on 3 Nov. Scoring: 60% judges (30% costume, 30% English) + 40% online voting. Prizes: Top 5 "Spooky Stars" Halloween Ambassadors each receive a Samsung Galaxy Fit3 smartwatch, a 1,000,000 VND shopping voucher, a 50% ILA scholarship and an ILA T-shirt. Eligibility: the official rules describe entrants only as children aged 6–14 living in Vietnam; they do not require ILA enrolment. No entry fee is mentioned on the official page.
