Directory service
KiddoGo HCMC is an independent directory of children's activities in Ho Chi Minh City. We are not the organizer of the activities listed and we do not sell tickets, process payments, run classes or provide childcare. Listing on KiddoGo does not imply agency, partnership, endorsement or affiliation.
Always confirm dates, prices, ages, availability, safety and suitability directly with the organizer before attending or paying.
Accuracy
We make reasonable efforts to keep listings correct but cannot guarantee accuracy or availability. Content may be out of date. If you spot an error, please let us know.
User accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Do not create accounts using someone else's identity.
Acceptable use
- Do not scrape the site, abuse the API or attempt to disrupt the service.
- Do not submit false, misleading, infringing, offensive or unlawful listings, reviews or reports.
- Do not use KiddoGo to contact organizers for spam or unsolicited marketing.
- Do not include identifiable or sensitive personal data about children.
User content
By submitting activity suggestions, reviews, inquiries, organizer claims or other content you grant KiddoGo HCMC a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, format and moderate that content on the service. You keep ownership of what you submit. We may edit, unpublish or remove user content at our reasonable discretion, for example for moderation, factual accuracy or legal reasons.
Reviews and submissions
Reviews and community submissions are moderated before publication. We may decline, delay or unpublish content that appears inaccurate, spammy, defamatory or otherwise inappropriate.
Organizer claims
Requests to claim an organizer profile are reviewed by our team. Claim approval does not create a commercial relationship between KiddoGo and the organizer.
Third-party links
The service links out to organizer websites, social pages and other third-party resources. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content or policies.
Intellectual property
Organizer names, logos and photos remain the property of their respective owners. KiddoGo HCMC's own branding, layout, curation and code are © KiddoGo HCMC.
Suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts or listings that violate these terms or that pose a risk to other users.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, KiddoGo HCMC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the service or reliance on any listing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page.
Governing context
KiddoGo HCMC is operated from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Where applicable, disputes will be interpreted under Vietnamese law.
