How we verify activities
New activity listings are reviewed by our team against a factual checklist before they go live, and existing listings are rechecked over time. Verification is a factual check, not a safety inspection, guarantee or endorsement.
Source priority
We prefer information straight from the organizer: their own website, Facebook page or in-person confirmation. Second-hand references are only used when they can be corroborated.
Factual checks
Before a listing goes live, we try to confirm:
- The organizer is a real business, school, community group or venue with a traceable presence.
- Age range, price, schedule and location match the organizer's own materials, where those materials are available.
- The address is a real HCMC address, or the listing is clearly marked as online, mobile or travelling.
- The category, district and listing format placement is accurate.
Verification status and last checked
We record a last-checked date on activity and organizer profiles. Where this date is available it is shown on the listing so you can see how recent the check is. We flag entries that need a fresh look and recheck them on a rolling basis.
Duplicates
We detect and merge likely duplicates so the same activity does not appear multiple times under slightly different names.
Reader reports
If you notice something out of date or incorrect, please report it. Confirmed errors are corrected as soon as we can, and when we cannot verify a claim we may unpublish the listing while we check.
What we do not do
KiddoGo HCMC is a directory. We do not audit safety, licensing, insurance or teaching quality, and we are not affiliated with the organizers we list. Please confirm those details directly and visit or trial an activity before committing.
