This small-group workshop follows the Vietnamese cacao journey from pod to finished chocolate. Participants taste fresh cacao, husk beans, grind cacao paste with a traditional granite mortar, learn about temperature and ingredients, mold and decorate a chocolate bar, then take their finished bar home. A cacao drink and light snacks are included. The grinding stage can be physically tiring, so KiddoGo recommends the experience mainly for children around age 8 and above.
