Penny – Ô Mê Ly is a children's musical written and directed by Bảo Chu & Ban Mai, performed by Sân Khấu Ban Mai at Nhà Thiếu Nhi TP.HCM. The story: the Homecoming Festival is under way in Antarctica, where Penny the penguin's family and friends gather for the year's biggest fish migration. A sudden natural phenomenon throws the sea into chaos and sweeps Penny into an unexpected adventure across melting ice and unfamiliar waters, meeting new friends and facing challenges to save their home. Lessons for kids: sharing, understanding and teamwork with new friends; appreciating nature and awareness of climate change and the habitats of polar animals. Show: Saturday 31 October 2026, 18:30. Ban Mai says its pre-show activities (games in the Ban Mai Garden, souvenir gifts) take place 60 minutes before showtime. Suitable for children aged 3–16 and anyone who loves the performing arts.
