What will children make, learn, or do?
Maison Marou’s Chocolate Workshop Masterclass teaches participants to temper chocolate, make bars and bonbons, and use professional finishing techniques. Each class lasts about three hours and includes a welcome snack, chef demonstration, hands-on work and treats to take home. The class is suitable from age eight. Children ages 8–12 must attend with a registered adult. The official HCMC booking page currently lists Saturday sessions on 7 and 14 November 2026.
